Adani Energy Solutions, formerly Adani Transmission, diverted funds from its Rs 8,873 crore QIP, according to a CARE report. While the company allocated funds for smart meters, a portion was redirected to transmission systems, exceeding planned expenditure by Rs 175 crore.
